You must be at least 13 years old to use Flixy. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You own the agents, text, images, and other content you publish through Flixy. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.

You are responsible for the content you publish. Don't post anything illegal, harmful, infringing, or that violates someone else's rights.

While using Flixy, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or fraudulent.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Scrape, abuse, or overwhelm our infrastructure.
• Misrepresent who you are or impersonate others.
• Use Flixy to send spam or harmful content.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can manage your plan from your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Flixy and its logos, designs, and software are our property or that of our licensors. These terms don't give you any right to use our trademarks or branding without permission.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that Flixy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every expectation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flixy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know through the Service or by email. Continued use of Flixy after updates means you accept the new terms.
