We want you to love Flixy. If something doesn't feel right, we'll do our best to make it right. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide it's not for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund your first payment in full — no questions, no friction.
This applies to your first paid subscription only. Renewals follow the standard policy below.
02Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each cycle. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't prorate refunds for partial months.
03Annual subscriptions
Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of the most recent renewal. After that window, the plan remains active until the end of the term and doesn't auto-renew if you cancel.
04When refunds may not apply
We may decline a refund if:
- The request is made outside the eligible window above.
- The account was suspended for violating our terms.
- We detect repeated refund abuse on the same account.
- The charge was for a one-off add-on already delivered.
05How to request a refund
Email billing@flixy.app from the address on your account with:
- The email on your Flixy account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A brief note on why you're requesting a refund.
We'll review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
06Chargebacks
Please talk to us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always sort things out faster. Accounts with open chargebacks may be temporarily suspended until resolved.
